Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Take and process dental X-rays to aid in diagnosis
• Educate patients on oral health best practices and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Maintain a sterile and organized work environment following strict infection control protocols
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Proven experience as a dental hygienist in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and techniques
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality care
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
