Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive hygiene care to patients
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and at-home care
• Collaborate closely with the dentist and dental assistant to ensure efficient patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Create a welcoming, comfortable environment for patients during their visit

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene instruments and procedures
• Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
• Ability to work efficiently while keeping patients at ease
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
