Roles & Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with patients as you provide top-notch dental hygiene care
• Perform thorough cleanings and periodontal treatments to keep smiles healthy
• Capture high-quality X-rays and diagnose oral health issues early
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices that make a lasting impact
• Partner with dentists to ensure every patient leaves with a confident smile
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment by sterilizing instruments and preparing treatment rooms

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain before start)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent patient communication and chairside manner
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental radiography and charting software
• Knowledge of infection control and OSHA standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental office
• Strong manual dexterity and precision
• Empathy and patience when working with patients of all ages
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
