Roles & Responsibilities

• Safely set up and handle all surgical instrumentation during scheduled and emergency cases
• Gather necessary instruments and supplies based on surgeon pick sheets
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to strict protocols
• Communicate effectively with department personnel, hospital staff, and sales and repair reps
• Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Tech program
• Current ORT certification
• BCLS certification
• Current OR experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle clerical duties
