Candidate Pay Rate: $71 - $49.7 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely set up and handle all surgical instrumentation during scheduled and emergency cases
- Gather necessary instruments and supplies based on surgeon pick sheets
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to strict protocols
- Communicate effectively with department personnel, hospital staff, and sales and repair reps
- Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization while maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Tech program
- Current ORT certification
- BCLS certification
- Current OR experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle clerical duties
