Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients in home health settings
• Develop and implement physical therapy plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Current CA Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Experience in home health physical therapy

Education

• Physical Therapy degree

Knowledge & Skills

• Physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Patient assessment and treatment planning
• Communication and interpersonal skills
