Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions
• Collaborate with clinical managers and educators
• Perform start of care, recerts, daily visits, and evaluations

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree or certification
• BLS certification required
• Experience preferred, but not required
• No new grads preferred
