Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct Oasis Assessments and Start of Care cases
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rural setting
• Use a tablet to track time and patient visits
• Manage a caseload equivalent to 4-6 patient visits daily

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license
• Experience in physical therapy, preferably in a rural or similar setting
• Strong clinical skills with ability to assess and treat a variety of patient needs

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

Knowledge & Skills

• Physical therapy techniques and best practices
• Oasis Assessments and Start of Care case management
• Time management and organization skills for efficient patient visits
• Communication skills for working with patients and healthcare teams
