Location: Dickinson, ND

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct physical therapy assessments and treatments for home health patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and training to patients and caregivers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
- Current ND Physical Therapy License
- BLS certification
- 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy, preferably in Home Health
- OASIS training preferred
Education
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Home health care principles and practices
- OASIS data collection and reporting
- Communication and interpersonal skills
