Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct Oasis Assessments and Start of Care cases
- Provide physical therapy services to patients, primarily elderly falls and fractures
- Use a point system to manage patient visits efficiently
- Track time and visits using a tablet
Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license
- Experience working in a similar setting (rural or outpatient physical therapy)
Education
- Physical Therapy degree
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy techniques and best practices
- Oasis Assessments and Start of Care cases
- Patient communication and education
- Time management and organization
