Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one patient evaluations and treatments in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Manage a caseload of 9 patients per day with 45-minute treatment sessions
Collaborate with a dedicated rehab team to deliver high-quality care
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT License or compact eligibility
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic assessment and manual therapy techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in developing personalized treatment plans
Knowledge of appropriate billing and documentation practices
