Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert cardiac and telemetry monitoring for a diverse patient population
Titrate critical drips including Amio, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitro, and more
Interpret cardiac strips and respond to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver PCU-level care
Float to PCU, med-surg, and ER holds as needed to support the hospital

Qualifications

Current RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Proven PCU experience with strong telemetry skills
Comfortable reading and interpreting cardiac strips
Epic experience preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in cardiac drip titration and management
Ability to manage patients with cardiac conditions, sepsis, and respiratory issues
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Adaptability to fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Knowledge of bipap, trachs, and high-flow oxygen equipment
