Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver precise external beam and internal radiation therapy treatments using advanced technologies like IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, and proton therapy
• Operate EPIC, Aria, and Trubeam systems to plan and deliver patient-centered care
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to treat an average of 34 patients per day with compassion and efficiency
• Ensure patient safety through strict adherence to treatment protocols and quality assurance checks
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with physicians and nurses

Qualifications

• Current ARRT (T) certification in Radiation Therapy
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Proficiency with EPIC, Aria, Trubeam, Vision RT, and CT systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of external beam (EBRT) and internal radiation therapy (IRT) techniques
• Experience with 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, SRT, VMAT, and proton therapy
• Familiarity with brachytherapy and permanent implant procedures
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
