Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and function
Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies

Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current BLS certification
Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in North Dakota (or compact eligibility)
Experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply and will be trained

Education

Physical Therapy degree (DPT or equivalent)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced rehab environment
Compassionate patient-centered approach to care
