Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them regain independence
Conduct start of care visits, recertifications, and resumption of care as needed
Manage a daily caseload of approximately 6.5 points per day
Collaborate with clinical coordinators and directors for support in the field
Complete OASIS documentation and maintain accurate patient records
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety

Qualifications

Active North Dakota Physical Therapy License required
Current BLS certification
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Home Health experience and OASIS training preferred
Willing to accept first-time travelers with the right background

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in physical therapy assessment and treatment
Proficiency in OASIS documentation and home health regulations
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Comfortable with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
