Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population including ortho, total joint, vestibular, neuro, and balance cases
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain function and mobility
Collaborate with a team of PTAs and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress accurately using Cerner EMR
Educate patients and families on exercises and home programs for continued improvement

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license (or in process) - we can help with that
Current BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
1-2 years of outpatient experience preferred but new grads welcome to apply
Must not have been directly employed by CommonSpirit (including CHI/Dignity) within the past year

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Proficiency with Cerner or other EMR systems
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Team player who thrives in a collaborative outpatient setting
