Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, varied 8-hour shifts between 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, includes occasional weekends with a weekday off

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide acute care physical therapy across diverse patient populations including medsurg, tele, ICU, ortho, total joints, oncology, and cardiology
Treat ventilated patients in the ICU with confidence and expertise
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-notch patient care
Hit the ground running with minimal orientation and make an immediate impact
Float between outpatient and inpatient as needed to support the team

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in acute care physical therapy
Active Physical Therapist license in California
Current BLS certification
Experience with ortho, total joints, and ICU (including ventilated patients)
Comfortable working with a variety of diagnoses from medsurg to oncology and cardiology

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in Cerner EMR
Strong skills in acute care PT including ortho, total joints, ICU, medsurg, oncology, and cardiology
Ability to handle ventilated patients and complex cases
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
