Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), weekend rotation 6-9 shifts per 6-week schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients across multiple units
Float within Zone 3 facilities, adapting to cardiac, neuro, oncology, ortho, trauma, and other specialties
Monitor cardiac rhythms, titrate heparin drips, and manage telemetry equipment
Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse adult-geriatric population

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent MS-Tele experience required
Active RN license in Colorado or compact state (NLC) required
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius zone
Prior neuro experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
Proficiency in caring for adult-geriatric patients with complex medical conditions
Ability to quickly adapt to different units and patient populations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Competence in EMR documentation and medication administration
