Location: Fort Morgan, Colorado

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4x10-hour shifts), flexible schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide pediatric and adult outpatient therapy services with a flexible schedule
Assess and treat patients with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Utilize a warm water therapy pool to enhance patient recovery
Collaborate with the rehab team including a PTA and supervisor
Occasionally assist with acute inpatient evaluations and documentation

Qualifications

Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Some pediatric experience is preferred
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Comfortable treating a mix of pediatric and adult patients

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in pediatric physical therapy techniques
Experience with early intervention and outpatient therapy
Knowledge of acute inpatient rehab processes
Strong documentation and time management skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
