Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the integration of clinical workflows with electronic health records
Collaborate with nursing staff to optimize informatics systems
Analyze clinical data to improve patient outcomes and efficiency
Provide training and support for clinical applications
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in Alaska required
Experience in clinical informatics or healthcare IT preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Education

BSN or Associate degree in Nursing required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
Understanding of clinical workflows and nursing processes
Data analysis and reporting skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.)
