Location: Garden City, Kansas

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM for elective cases; on-call 24/7 including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Cath Lab and ICU departments
Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure care for cardiac and interventional radiology patients
Support bedside procedures and administer moderate sedation
Lead and mentor nursing staff to enhance clinical competency and foster a positive culture
Monitor and titrate vasoactive drips and other critical medications
Ensure compliance with ACLS, BLS, and other required certifications

Qualifications

Active RN license in Kansas
Minimum 3 years RN experience
1 year management experience
1 year clinical leadership experience
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications (or willingness to obtain)
CRRT competency
Critical care and telemetry experience
Fluoro license for technical staff preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of cardiac catheterization lab procedures
ICU patient care including ventilators, CRRT, and vasoactive drips
Telemetry monitoring and EKG interpretation
Moderate sedation administration
Leadership and team building skills
Self-scheduling and time management
