Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
Prepare and position patients for scans, ensuring comfort and safety
Maintain and calibrate MRI machines, including Philips 1.5T, 3T, and Siemens systems
Work independently during overnight shifts and handle on-call duties as needed
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize imaging protocols
Ensure adherence to safety standards and infection control practices

Qualifications

ARMRIT certification accepted - we welcome certified MRI technologists
Experience with Philips 1.5T and 3T MRI systems required
Familiarity with Siemens 1.5T is a plus
Texas license not required - apply from anywhere!
Ability to work overnight shifts and participate in call rotation

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in MRI physics and imaging techniques
Strong patient care and communication skills
Proficiency in Philips and Siemens MRI platforms
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
Knowledge of safety protocols for magnetic fields and contrast agents
