Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts, every other weekend and every other holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care in a float pool setting
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Support patients with dementia and pneumonia diagnoses
Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals

Qualifications

Current BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience
Previous travel experience required
Experience in medical floor nursing
Ability to work every other weekend and holiday

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and communication skills
Knowledge of dementia and pneumonia care
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt quickly
