Location: Lincoln, Nebraska

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts (no weekends, no holidays, no call; exact start/end times determined upon start)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine procedures including diagnostic imaging and therapeutic administrations
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals under physician direction
Operate GE Discovery 630 and GE PET/CT scanners to capture high-quality images
Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams, explaining procedures clearly
Maintain accurate patient records and image data in Epic and McKesson PACS
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize patient care

Qualifications

Current ARRT (NM) or CNMT certification required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Valid driver's license (required at submittal to verify 50-mile radius rule)
Willingness to adhere to artificial nail policy (no artificial nails in patient care areas)
Flexibility, positivity, and a willingness to learn and work with the whole team

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in nuclear medicine imaging and radiopharmaceutical handling
Experience with GE Discovery 630 and GE PET/CT scanners (preferred)
Familiarity with Epic and McKesson PACS systems
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to float to other modalities if cross-trained (XR, CT, MRI) – a plus
