Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient population with conditions including general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular disorders, and fall risk
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with a supportive team of PTAs, rehab techs, and a dedicated director
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS and CPR certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Ability to treat a geriatric population with complex needs
Knowledge & Skills
- General orthopedics and post-surgical rehabilitation
- Neurological conditions and balance disorders
- BPPV/vestibular rehabilitation techniques
- Falls prevention strategies
- Compassionate geriatric care
