Location: Caldwell, TX

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a variety of cases including fractures, ortho injuries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, amputations, and neck pain
Deliver wound care and utilize advanced techniques including VAC therapy
Collaborate with a supportive nursing and therapy team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
May precept new staff as needed and rotate holidays with the team

Qualifications

Active Texas Physical Therapy license required
National certification (NPTE) required
BLS certification required
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings (IP/OP experience)
Wound care experience preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in treating orthopedic, neurologic, and general deconditioning conditions
Proficient in wound care and VAC management
Ability to adapt to a combination of IP/OP caseloads
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in a critical access hospital environment
