Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night), 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including every other weekend and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse, overseeing resident care and coordinating with staff
Administer medications accurately and safely to residents
Perform wound care and treatments as needed
Monitor and assess resident conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team

Qualifications

Current RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Prior long-term care (LTC) experience required
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and wound care
Knowledge of common LTC diagnoses (heart disease, diabetes, dementia)
Strong charge nurse leadership skills
Familiarity with electronic medical records (Matrix EMR)
