Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (days) or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (nights), every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate oncology and PCU nursing care to a diverse patient population
Monitor and administer chemotherapy and drips
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including PT/OT, case managers, and social workers
Float to med/surg and PCU units as needed
Ensure hourly rounding and patient satisfaction
Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
Minimum 1 year of experience in PCU/Oncology
Chemotherapy certification required
BLS and ACLS required
ONS/ONCC certification preferred
EPIC experience preferred
First-time travelers welcome

Knowledge & Skills

Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to titrate drips such as heparin and cardizem
Knowledge of oncology patient care and chemotherapy administration
Comfortable floating to different units and adapting to varying ratios
Flexible and resilient in a fast-paced environment
