Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed
Administer medications and treatments per hospital protocols
Document care accurately in Meditech and OBIX systems

Qualifications

Active Alaska RN license required
Minimum of 3 years Med-Surg experience with strong critical thinking skills
Current BLS, ACLS, and HS AED certifications

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech, OBIX, and Pyxis Supply Stations
Excellent critical thinking and assessment abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
