Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to outpatient clients with conditions including orthopedic, total joint, vestibular, neuro, and balance difficulties
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with PTAs and other healthcare professionals
Document patient progress in Cerner EMR

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license
BLS certification
Minimum of 2 supervisor references within 12 months and 3 years

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of outpatient physical therapy techniques for ortho, neuro, and vestibular conditions
Proficiency in Cerner EMR
Strong communication and patient education skills
