Sonographer - Travel

Location: Durango, Colorado

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Variable days, 4x10 hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM; call 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform general, OB/GYN, and vascular ultrasound exams
Assist with procedures including drains and biopsies
Ensure accurate image acquisition and patient safety
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team
Maintain equipment and adhere to protocols

Qualifications

RDMS certification in General or OB/GYN (RVT preferred, RDCS a plus)
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of ultrasound experience
Experience with EPIC and Fuji PACS preferred
Willingness to take call as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in general, OB/GYN, and vascular sonography
Ability to perform procedures and biopsies
Strong patient care and communication skills
Knowledge of Phillips ultrasound equipment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
