Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures using GE Discovery 630 and PET 8 equipment
Administer radiopharmaceuticals and ensure patient safety and radiation protection
Operate Epic and McKesson systems for order entry and image management
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to provide quality patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to department protocols

Qualifications

Current BLS certification required
ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine (NM) or CNMT required
Possess a valid driver's license (used for distance verification)
Fingerprint and background check required
No artificial nails in patient care areas

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in nuclear medicine and PET imaging
Experience with GE Discovery 630 and GE PET 8 scanners
Competence in Epic EMR and McKesson PACS
Strong patient care and communication skills
Knowledge of radiation safety practices
