Location: Breckenridge, Minnesota

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 2:30 AM, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, with every other weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN supervisor
Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
Maintain accurate records in PointClickCare EMR
Collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary team in a home-like environment

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Minnesota
Current BLS certification (required)
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Compassionate, team-oriented, and strong work ethic

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with PointClickCare EMR
Knowledge of common diagnoses: CHF, COPD, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Diabetes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work rotating shifts and every other weekend
