Location: Garrison, ND

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and holiday requirement

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse to coordinate daily resident care
Administer medications accurately and safely
Perform comprehensive wound care treatments
Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond promptly
Document care in Matrix EMR system

Qualifications

Active RN license required
Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience
Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and wound care
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently as charge nurse
