Shift Type: Sunday-Thursday, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform bedside swallow evaluations and follow-ups with confidence
Conduct comprehensive communication evaluations and develop treatment plans
Administer standardized tests in an outpatient setting
Provide acute inpatient and outpatient therapy at a Level 2 Trauma Center and Certified Primary Stroke Center
Collaborate with a supportive rehab team including SLAs and managers

Qualifications

Current BLS certification required
CCC-SLP credential required (CCC-A not accepted)
Must have COVID vaccine (exemptions considered per law)
Experience with bedside swallow evaluations and outpatient standardized tests
Ability to float to multiple locations (St Francis, St Clare, St Anthony)

Knowledge & Skills

Independence in bedside swallow evaluation and follow-up
Strong communication evaluation and treatment skills
Proficient in outpatient standardized test administration
Comfortable working with diagnoses like post-concussion, CVA, TBI, and Head & Neck Cancer
