Location: Garden City, KS

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with 24/7 on-call for weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee both the Cath Lab and ICU departments to ensure high-quality patient care
Lead and mentor nursing staff, enhancing clinical competency and team culture
Coordinate pre-procedure preparation, bedside procedural support, and recovery care
Manage moderate sedation and ensure safe administration of vasoactive drips and blood products
Read and interpret telemetry strips and monitor patients during interventional procedures
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in Kansas
Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
At least 1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency (or willingness to obtain)

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care and telemetry expertise
Fluoro license for technical staff
Proficiency in titrating vasoactive drugs and managing complex drips
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Experience building a positive unit culture
