Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate respiratory care to patients in need
Administer treatments and monitor patient progress
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on respiratory health management
Maintain accurate patient records and equipment
Respond to emergency situations with confidence and skill

Qualifications

Active Respiratory Therapist license in Utah
BLS and ACLS certifications required
At least 1 year of recent experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ventilator management and oxygen therapy
Knowledge of respiratory medications and delivery methods
Ability to interpret arterial blood gases and adjust treatments
Skilled in patient assessment and critical thinking
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR)
