Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality PET/CT imaging procedures for accurate diagnoses
Administer radiopharmaceuticals and ensure proper patient preparation
Operate and calibrate imaging equipment to maintain safety and efficiency
Provide exceptional patient care, explaining procedures and easing concerns
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize imaging results

Qualifications

Active California Nuclear Medicine Technologist license required
ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification preferred
Experience with PET/CT imaging and radiation safety protocols
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Graduate of an accredited nuclear medicine technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in PET/CT imaging techniques and protocols
Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
