Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM; with week-long call rotation including weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans using Philips 1.5T and 3T systems
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality during procedures
Maintain accurate patient records, scan protocols, and equipment logs
Collaborate with radiologists to optimize imaging quality and results
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency and weekend imaging needs

Qualifications

Experience with Philips 1.5T and 3T MRI systems
Familiarity with Siemens 1.5T (coming June 2025) is a plus
AMRIT certification preferred
Texas license not required
Ability to work night shifts and participate in on-call rotation

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in MRI physics, safety protocols, and contrast administration
Strong patient care and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Familiarity with EHR and PACS systems
