Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform head and neck, whole body ultrasound scans and procedures
Operate GE and Phillips ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images
Document and manage imaging studies using EPIC and McKesson PACS
Collaborate with radiologists and lead technologist to ensure accurate diagnoses
Maintain a safe and compassionate environment for patients during exams
Contribute to a team that performs 30-40 scans per 10-hour shift

Qualifications

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) credential
OB certification preferred
Proven experience with head and neck and body scanning
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced radiology department

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in ultrasound imaging techniques and anatomy
Skilled in using EPIC and McKesson PACS systems
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
