Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including ortho, total joint, vestibular, neuro, and balance difficulties.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient outcomes.
Collaborate with PTA's and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license is required.
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
Experience with Cerner EMR is a plus.
Must not have been employed by CommonSpirit (including CHI/Dignity) within the past year.

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
Proficient in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription.
Strong patient education and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of vestibular and balance rehabilitation.
