Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload
Provide one-on-one, 45-minute treatments focused on functional improvement and patient education
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, and rehab aides to optimize patient outcomes
Manage a mix of orthopedic and general rehabilitation cases in a small community outpatient setting
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure the best possible recovery

Qualifications

Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or compact privilege
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy is essential
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for community-based care

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques
Proficient in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and functional goal setting
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
