Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with an hour lunch

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
Manage inpatient care on Saturdays, focusing on discharge planning and acute rehab

Qualifications

Valid California Physical Therapy license required
CPR certification (BLS) required
Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
