Roles & Responsibilities

Optimize clinical workflows by integrating informatics solutions
Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance EHR usability
Analyze clinical data trends to improve patient outcomes
Train staff on new technology and best practices
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data security

Qualifications

Active RN license in Alaska (or compact state eligible)
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
Experience with clinical information systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in electronic health records and clinical applications
Understanding of clinical workflows and nursing processes
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities
