Shift Type: Rotating on-call schedule: Weeknights Monday-Friday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM; Weekends Saturday 7:00 AM - Sunday 7:00 AM on call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans using Philips 1.5T and 3T, and Siemens 1.5T equipment
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to obtain optimal images
Maintain accurate patient records and equipment logs
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards

Qualifications

ARRT certification in MRI (or eligible)
Experience with Philips 1.5T and 3T, Siemens 1.5T preferred
AMRIT experience accepted
Texas state license not required
Ability to participate in on-call rotation (currently once a month)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in MRI scanning techniques and protocols
Strong understanding of MRI safety and contraindications
Excellent patient communication and care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
