Location: Dickinson, North Dakota

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (rotating), block scheduling, every third weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborn couplets
Monitor and titrate IV drips such as Magnesium and Oxytocin
Circulate for C-sections and assist with neonatal resuscitation
Float to the ED for one-on-one patient sitting when needed
Collaborate with a close-knit team in a rural hospital setting

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience required
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Proficiency in EFM and neonatal ventilation
Ability to work independently in a rural hospital with limited services
Willingness to float and assist in other departments

Knowledge & Skills

Titration of antepartum and postpartum medications
Fetal monitoring interpretation
Circulating for surgical procedures
Neonatal CPAP and BiPAP management
Strong communication and teamwork skills
