Registered Nurse - Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Garrison, ND

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including every other weekend and major holidays.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Take charge of the unit and lead the nursing team
Administer medications accurately and safely to residents
Perform wound care and monitor healing progress
Provide compassionate care to residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification required
Previous long-term care experience essential
Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
Proficiency in medication administration and wound care
Comfortable using electronic medical records (Matrix)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
