Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Maine
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Skills in patient assessment and care planning
Medication administration and management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
