Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 36 hours per week, includes every other weekend and holidays, with on-call rotation (30-minute response time)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality X-ray imaging of brain, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Operate GE and Toshiba imaging equipment with precision
Coordinate with radiologists and lead tech for optimal patient care
Maintain accurate patient records using Radnet and Merge Unity PACS

Qualifications

At least 2 years of recent X-ray tech experience
Current BLS certification required
ARRT certification in Radiography
Ability to float to nearby facility (Mercy Southwest) as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in anatomy and positioning for X-ray exams
Proficiency with Radnet and Merge Unity PACS systems
Strong patient communication and care skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume department
