Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and quality of life
Develop personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
Document patient progress with accuracy and compassion
Empower patients to achieve their functional goals

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license required
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of recent experience preferred - but new grads with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply!
Comfortable working in a skilled nursing facility environment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for helping others achieve their best possible outcomes
