Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver compassionate inpatient care on Saturdays as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in California
Strong clinical skills in outpatient orthopedics and rehab
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CPR certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient physical therapy modalities
Knowledge of inpatient care protocols
Proficient in electronic medical records
Patient-centered approach to care
Time management and organizational skills
